How has the newfoundland dog impacted your life? Do you have a fond memory that you would like to share? The first time I saw a Newf it was love at first sight. I did dog rescue for many years and had 14 different breeds in my home!!!!! However, I rescued 3 Newfs from shelters and two stayed with us and one who I had with a foster, all lived out their lives right with us and the foster. I could never part with a Newf.
Ted 1 was a certified Therapy Dog in PA and he and I would visit the locked Psych ward at a hospital and watching the interactions with patients was incredible. They are healers!
Tell us your biggest Newfoundland brag? Well of course, my Ted and Ruthie are the smartest and best looking!!!! LOL
